Arlington Development is locally owned and operated by John Moreland Jr. with the help of Dick Downes, Neal Hunger and Jeff Moreland they have a combined 60 years experience of building homes in the Iowa City area. Their vision has made the Windsor Ridge, Windsor West, and Stone Bridge Developments, in Iowa City and Arlington Ridge, in North Liberty, what it is today; a great place for the first time home buyers, move up buyers, and empty nesters. Today´s Arlington Development is staffed by a team of dedicated professionals who, under the direction of John, seek to deliver a quality home on time and for a competitive price.
