That was the period when retail loans segment was touching new heights year after year. ASTUTEs contribution was significant in preventing fraud losses and ensuring better portfolio quality thereby improving the bottom line of its clients.
Once ASTUTE had established its credentials and standing in the field of credit and risk management, it promoted two more entities in 2008 with a clear focus on providing service delivery platform to its clients. ASTUTE has combination of both back end processing team and field team with a team size of more than 2500 people on board.

Astute is head quartered at Pune. Central process management team and Key accounts managers besides some senior management team member are based out of Pune. Other key personnel are based at various strategic hubs of the country. Astute has robust infrastructure and facilities at 150 offices across 19 states of India. From these offices, the reach is extended to an additional 700 locations.
