Athletes Untapped is an intuitive platform built to connect athletes with local, vetted private coaches for personalized, in-person training sessions. Featuring thousands of experienced coaches across all 50 U.S. states and 16 different sports, it provides a convenient and reliable way to access top-level instruction tailored to each athlete’s unique needs.
Founded by former college athletes Gene Williams and his wife, the idea grew from their own coaching journey. As their client base expanded, managing the business became a challenge—so they created a tech-driven solution to help coaches grow and athletes thrive. Inspired by platforms like Airbnb and Rover, Athletes Untapped streamlines the coaching experience for both sides.
