BuilderMT

In the mid-1990’s, BuilderMT identified a growing need in the homebuilder industry for an integrated residential builder software solution. We began development of the Workflow Management Suite (WMS) – although it was first known as ProHome, the Homebuilder Management Solution, powered by Timberline. This was a modern, integrated suite of applications built around a central module and rock-solid financial systems. In 1998, we began marketing the solution to the homebuilding industry and formed BuilderMT in 2001. In 2002, Timberline Software Corporation made the decision to market our solution as part of the Timberline® Office solution for the residential builder: under the name Production Management. Timberline was purchased by Sage and the current WMS product integrates with Sage 300 CRE. In 2012, we added another accounting integrated solution with Microsoft Dynamics NAV. We currently have hundreds of clients in North America and Australia using WMS.
