ClaimDocs is a platform that allows claims organizations to centralize and standardize their 2nd opinion evaluation procurement processes by giving them direct access to both physicians and vendors in one dynamic environment. The web portal enables clients to choose their own consultants, interact with them directly and in real-time, track metrics like cost and turnaround time, and deploy custom protocols across their entire consultant network.
