“CM Jubilant” (Cultural Makeup Jubilant Beauty) the beauty is self explanatory. CM is an up and coming cosmetic line which was started by a young lady from Los Angeles who believed she could inspire change through the beauty industry. Her goal at first was just to become an “Esthetician” to help women with their personal needs and to feel beautiful. After she started her business as a freelance makeup in 2017 she realized she could do so much more. The company’s model is “there is no color lines to this cultural mix”. Which means no matter where you are from if you switch looks and cultures the person will still be beautiful on the inside and out. These lashes is the first of many products to be released to make you feel good while looking good too.
