The company has evolved to become Connect4Growth Corp. which was the umbrella organization that included Connect4Training as a division that specifically serviced the training and development marketplace.
Connect4Growth was launched in recognition of the rapid growth in the outsourcing of services. With a client base of Fortune 500 companies, and a database of over 2500 vendors, the company expanded to help all other functional areas within an organization (ie. HR, IT, marketing, procurement, sales, maintenance, etc .).
Connect4Growth's expanded service to help the corporate world realize on the promised benefits of outsourcing and partnering with industry & subject mater experts. The Company sees great opportunity with large, mid and small organizations both in the private sectors. By recognizing the need for a system to help companies keep track of vendors & alliance partners, to source, select and manage - current and potential vendors, the company launched SaaS web-based application “ the VRM4 ALL Series.
VRM4 ALL responded to a much needed on-line service to better manage outsourced Vendors/Partners in an increasingly dynamic and competitive environment, where time is money and knowledge reduces risk.
Good Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) processes and systems assist existing vendors to provide better service to their clients by helping them to be more responsive and thus help them grow.
