The CAD module allows vendors to upload seasonal or production CADs to an AJAX-enhanced module wherein vendors, internal personnel and buyers can take notes, discuss new product lines, determine interest in specific products and order items directly from CADs. In addition, unconfirmed orders (RFQs or “inquiries”) can be negotiated before approval, allowing vendors and buyers to settle on pricing, product substitutions and cancellations before an order ever goes into the processing queue.
With easy-to-use, web-based tools, vendors can add or change catalogs, product descriptions, delivery status, inventory, specifications, prices and much, much more – anytime, anywhere – to insure their authorized buyers have access to the latest, most accurate and complete product information.
