Located in the CityPark building in the suburb of Powai, the CoE houses teams servicing Front Office desks across Investment Banking and Private Banking, Information Technology, as well as high-end, complex shared services functions like CRO. The teams are responsible for a full range of business functions from high-end analytics, research to model building, validation and complex functions with a diversified portfolio of financial products and services to institutional, hedge fund, corporate and government clients around the world. CS ownes facility with full connectivity and operational redundancy. Current headcount of ~ 650 with easy expansion capacity to 900+. Full internal Shared Services support teams - HR, IT,CRES, SM, Corporate Security, LCD and BCM. Exemption from various customs & excise duties offered to Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) registered entities makes it financially attractive in addition to labor arbitrage.
