Headquartered in downtown Chicago, Digerati Group began with a background in enterprise-level technology support and management. We use that background today to provide the best in solutions to our client’s technology problems. The company was formed in 2005 to provide consulting services and procurement of technology products. To achieve the latter, Digerati Group launched its online superstore, Buytech.com, in 2007. Buytech.com provides access to thousands of products, including hardware, software and accessories.
While Digerati Group has always provided professional consulting services, we also launched our Support+ managed services platform in 2009, providing proactive, ongoing, and unlimited support and maintenance for our clients for a flat monthly fee. Today, Digerati Group is a shining example of a company that aligns itself with its managed support clients in a way that chiefly makes the client a better organization.
