DSS Past and Future
We wish to thank Robert and Sierra Soft, Ltd for the 25 years developing AV4 and JF7. Direct Sellers Solutions, LLC is not related to AV4 or Sierra Soft in any manner.
Robert passed away 8 years ago and Kathy with www.avondatabases.com took over AV4 to keep the program alive.
Kathy and the DSS Team came to an agreement to have the DSS Team take over programming and support of new DSS software. The DSS Team is an international team which developes, supports, and provide DSS software worldwide.
AV4 started as a program that supported Avon Representatives in 1982. JF7 was formally used by Direct Sellers from other companies. DSS software supports all Direct Selling companies. When installing the new DSS software the user will simply select their company and the program will install the features and functions for that company (Avon, Mary Kay, Tupperware, etc.)
As DSS has grown, additional database programmers and support personnel have been added. The program will be offered world wide and support will be offered in each region.
Support for the U.S. and Canada will be U.S. based, you will be able to understand the person you're talking with (Everyone has had the experence of speaking with a customer support person they couldn't understand). Please remember the DSS Team did NOT write AV4 and we have no connection with AV4.
Free Webinars will be offered to train you on the use of the new DSS functions and features. New users will be able to fully use the program with the free training offered.
The price of DSS software and product databases will remain very reasonable. If you're currently not using databases from www.avondatabases.com we suggest you at least try one to see how much easier it makes your life in Direct Sales. You want to spend your time selling and sharing your opportunity, not record keeping. Please make sure you keep proper records and use the tax advantages of having your own business.
