Fat Village Center for the Arts

The Fat Village Center for the Arts is a community of professional artists and students of all ages with diverse visions, ability, styles, and discipline interests; where art and academics are integrated into all aspects of learning. The Center promotes a dynamic mode of age appropriate teaching designed to enhance creativity and inspire artistic achievement that fosters student engagement through critique sessions, participatory lectures, lessons and assignments; incorporating the essential knowledge of the fundamentals, various techniques and disciplines; that offer opportunities for the student to engage with faculty as well as each other in and outside of the classroom.
