"End consumers need personal assistance in managing their wealth and financial institutions want a cost-effective channel to engage on a personal level with their customers and increase their brand patronage. To address this challenge, finUNO is proposing a mobile based Digital Relationship Manager (DRM) that helps Banks increase their engagement with their customers and more effectively market products to them. This would:
• help users manage their assets and liabilities in a collaborative model
• target insights relevant to the users’ portfolios
• help user’s plan their goals and related investments in a holistic manner
• receive more highly personalized alerts related to their portfolio and
investments buy equities, mutual funds, and deposits (some directly through
the DRM and others through deep linking to other applications)
The solution comprises technically standout features developed by finUNO which are integrated with the right content evolving into a highly effective engagement and execution platform for users to plan and execute their investments aligned with their goals.
Some of the key features/capabilities of the Digital Relationship Manager include:
- Portfolio and Goal Management
- Actionable Alerts; these can be new products that the bank wants to cross-
sell to customers
- Portfolio Insights; these insights will be related to user’s portfolio. However,
based on these insights the user would identify and discover products of
interest to them that helps the bank from a cross-buy perspective
- Interactive Chatbot. Responses to questions in this can also lead to pointers
to digital marketing information
- Peer Comparison - What If Analysis
