The Gatewit was born in the university environment, where one breathes creativity and innovation.
It was in 1999 in the midst of one of the largest colleges in the country, which emerged an idea to create a website to make available information for the construction industry. He was born Construlink portal which centralized information and put in contact various stakeholders in the construction area. In constant contact with this area was identified a great need existed to connect suppliers and buyers in the same network that potenciasse business.
The solution Gatewit team saw on the Internet, a network that allows communication and connection between contacts around the world. From this network, our creative created a platform that allowed organizations realize their online shopping process . No entity would have more to worry about paperwork, communication channels, proposed delivery costs etc.
We were the first Portuguese company to publicly display (end of 2005) one electronic platform allowing the purchase of goods in accordance with the legislation in force at the time. In 2010 , the electronic platform Gatewit secured more than half of hiring processes public in Portugal , according to the Summary Report of the Public Procurement.
Present a wide experience in Business to Business Solutions, Enterprise Management Solutions (ERP, CRM, Collaborative Portals, Document Management, Workflow), IT Outsourcing Services and IT Infrastructure.
