We provide entire turn key robotic end of line projects which includes - item inspection, robotic pick and place using Spider and Twin Arm SCARA robots, robotic case packing, gantry based palletizers and movement using Autonomous Guided Vehicles.
In Inspection System, we have capabilities to inspect over 1000 items / minute. We have inspection tables to inspect items from 1000 mm to 10 micron size.
We do 360 degree inspection e.g. tube inspection, cap inspection, float glass inspection, glass bottle inspection, online measurements, 3D profile scanning, autotrack, thermal seal inspection, OCR/OCV of text as small as 1 mm.
We can do online measurement of items of size 2500 by 2500 with +-2.5 mm accuracy.
Our case packing solution can be used for bottles, soaps, packets, pouches, bars, candies etc.
Our AGV uses state of the art natural and Lidar based navigation.
