So far the team has done very well. We had a problem when it was discovered our entire site was trashed and deleted and then the file structure was programmed incorrectly forcing us to start over with a new site. I have absolutely no patience for poor communication skills and these guys, I must say, have done a fabulous job. We mesh well and the VP is a very nice dude with a background in computer engineering. In short - this cat knows his stuff. I spend my days on some minor SEO, and building web pages and these guys spend 12 hours a day, working all night, building our custom .php apps and structures, templates, etc. Ava, my joomla! Guy has a strong work ethic. I have no complaints at all so far and would consider them for building the 100 (one hundred) other sites I have planned. I am also impressed by their custom software skills. More on that later. Suffice to say ILMP has turned out to be a one stop shop for all my site, software and custom programming needs€
