The flagship product is Ingentis org.manager, an enterprise solution for automated org charting and HR data visualization. Since the software can be connected to leading human resources management systems (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday and many more) your organizational charts are always up-to-date. The tool also offers features like visualization of HR key figures (e.g. headcount, span of control, vacancy rate) and data from talent management and succession planning. The additional module org.simulator helps to plan and simulate reorganizations within minutes in a visual format. Results can easily be shared among colleagues within the whole organization.
