Maintech was founded in New York City in 1972. In 1980, Maintech was acquired by Volt Information Sciences, Inc., a worldwide technical services and outsourcing organization. Maintech’s corporate headquarters are located in New Jersey, with service centers strategically located from coast-to-coast and throughout the world.
