Modena360

Modena Information Solutions was founded in 2003. The business was aimed at providing many different IT related services to small businesses. In mid-2010, we realised that we weren’t as awesome as we could be. Fixing problems and great customer service was not enough. We weren’t helping our customers leverage technology to achieve their business goals; and so we began the transition from a Break/Fix model to a Managed Services model.
In late 2012, we finally completed the transition to the managed services model. We know… it took longer than expected; but we are big believers on the saying: good things come to those who wait.
Our clients are loving this managed services model and so are we! To mark this big milestone in our company’s history, the directors decided to change the company name to Modena360.
The origin of the ‘360’, comes from our new approach to working with our customers. Our vision is to manage all technology needs for our customers, so that they don’t have to. In order to positively impact our customer’s goals, this new vision requires us to have a 360 degree view of their business.
We want to make sure that our clients have what they need to run their businesses as well as possible, with maximum efficiency, effectiveness and reliability.
