NetScout Systems India Pvt Ltd was established in Pune in November 2000 to provide R&D and Customer Support services to NetScout Systems Inc based in Westford, MA, USA. Over the years, the company has grown both in size and in technological strength to be a vital cog in the overall wheel of NetScouts business. Some of the most important products of the company – namely nGenius Performance Manager and nGenius Infinistream are developed out of the Pune R&D office. All the products of the company are also supported by the Customer Support team in Pune in a follow-the-sun model. With an engineering leadership consisting of several technologists averaging more than 15 years of domain and technology experience each, both in India and abroad, the company has a strong R&D focus.
