Network Depot / Virtual Administrator

Virtual Administrator.com came into existence as a natural offspring of OneStepAhead, Network Depot’s Managed Services solution for its own clients. Network Depot is a successful IT Support company located near Washington DC, in Reston VA. Network Depot has been providing Managed Services to our customers since 2005, and continues to look for new and innovative ways to bring more value to our clients. Now we’ve extended our infrastructure and expertise to the small VAR/Reseller community.
For many years we have been providing small IT businesses across the country with SonicWall, HP, Cisco and other products. As we have built these long standing relationships, we started talking to them about our tools and how we do business, and found that many of these dealers were captivated by our methods, but not ready to make the heavy investment required to replicate them. So we began to address their needs by signing them up to our OneStepAhead Managed Service program and helping them become more productive and profitable resellers.
In 2007 we decided to make our casual offering more serious, and started the VirtualAdministrator.com name so we could separate our customers from the partner’s customers, and insulate our partners from any potential for their customers to inquire about Network Depot’s services. Virtual Administrator is a 100% Channel offering. It will not be available to end users and we will market only to service providers, so that they may feel secure in knowing that we won’t be competing against them.
Our goal is really to give back to the IT community that has employed us so well for so many years, and help smaller IT support businesses become bigger ones. We look forward to earning your trust and business.
