Pacifica Labs know first-hand how difficult and personal anxiety can be. They have been there ourselves. At best, it's annoying and unpleasant. At worst, it's debilitating and isolating. They also understand how challenging it can be to get proper care. It's expensive, time consuming, stigmatized and for many, just not available.
That's where Pacifica comes in. Founded in 2014, they are a devoted team in San Francisco building a self-help app for anxiety. Based on cognitive behavioral therapy combined with relaxation and wellness techniques, they believe in holistic daily tools aimed at breaking the anxiety cycle. They are not about quick-fixes or false promises. They are about real progress, a day at a time.
