People Resolutions

People Resolutions was founded in April 2000. In December 2001 we published the first commercial version of HR Manage, the prototype of what has become the flagship product. From the outset the goal was to develop a comprehensive system that covers the full span of human capital management functions in a corporate environment. Even back then the challenge faced was to expand new modules while keeping up with the technology revolution. In 2006 People Resolutions changed from a closed corporation into a private company with 3 directors of whom 1 is a non-executive director who plays an advisory role while 2 directors are actively involved in the day to day running of the business. People Resolutions is a highly specialised business and we employ consultants with expertise in HR as well as IT Business Analysis. Our Software team consist of core full time staff while we outsource non-core tasks to Hetzner Data Centre or 3rd party software development firms. On the consulting side the team consist of both full time staff as well as a pool of Associate Consultants. Some of our Associate Consultants have been part of our team for more than 8 years.
