Pisys.net was established in Swansea in May 2003 by Steve Bain and John Merrick with the vision of providing affordable IT support and services to SME’s in South Wales.

Pisys.net is the pioneer of 'Remote Helpdesk' which allows our team of Microsoft Certified engineers to gain control of a client’s computer within minutes via the Internet from our base to solve problems as quickly as possible.
