Protiviti (‘the Company) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE symbol: RHI), the worlds first and largest specialized staffing firm. The company launched in 2002 when Robert Half International reached an employment agreement with Arthur Andersen LLP to hire approximately 760 professionals from the firms U.S. internal audit and business risk consulting practices. These practices operated separately from Andersens external audit and attestation services. Protiviti employs more than 3,300 experienced and highly qualified partners / professionals, based in 60 offices in the America, Asia-Pacific and Europe. The Indian operation of Protiviti has offices located in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore rendering services to organizations located worldwide.
