About qaelum
We are a fast-growing spin-off company from the University Hospitals Leuven and are passionate about solving real-world problems. This is why we develop highly innovative solutions for everyday problems in medical imaging environments. Our solutions aim to improve the quality and efficiency of radiology departments around the world.
We are located in Leuven, but our products are implemented in medical facilities all over Europe and the Middle East. In 2016 we endeavoured to internationalize even more and established our presence in the U.S through opening offices in New York.
As quality is our highest priority, our quality management system is certified to ISO 13485:2003 (Medical Devices) and we develop our software tools using the principles of ISO14971:2007 (Risk Management in Medical Devices). Some of our tools are CE class IIb certified and FDA compliant as well.
