To access the ReadyNAS OS 6 storage system, connect it your computer using an Ethernet cable. Then launch “RAIDar” to locate the ReadyNAS’s IP address, configure your computer’s IP address to match the ReadyNAS device’s subnet. Navigate to “Control Panel” > “Network and Sharing Center” > “Change Adapter Settings”. Right-click on “NIC”, and select “Properties”, then select “Internet Protocol Version 4” > “Properties”.
