Some History: SMG Infosolutions Pvt Ltd (SMG) was formed and started operations in August 1992, at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The company started as a partnership company named as “Systems Management Group”. The venture was initiated by the partners Shailendra Goyal and Nilam Desai. The beginning was modest. The aims were high. The place was a small room measuring 170 square feet. The tools were a personal computer and a printer. The objective was to excel in the field of Information Technology. In 2002 as the business, team members and the customers started growing, Systems Management group needed a professional identity and was reconstituted and renamed as “SMG Infosolutions pvt ltd”.
