Set up as a strategic arm of the Bank, at Bangalore, Société Générale Global Solution Centre (SG GSC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Société Générale Group. Established in 2000 as one of the first European Bank captive IT development centre in Bangalore, it offers services in Application Development & Maintenance (ADM), Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) and Business Processes (BPO). The Business lines catered by SG GSC include Corporate & Investment Banking, Private Banking, Securities Services, Asset Management, Consumer Finance, and Retail Banking. Today the centre has over 930 staff. The services are executed from 3 offices with an area of 10,000 square meters and an office capacity of 1250 seats.
