Prior to forming the company in 1995, much of StafferLink's team came together in 1988 as an IT staff for a major national medical staffing company and includes experienced staffing coordinators, branch directors, IT directors and developers. That company remains StafferLink’s client to this day demonstrating our commitment to our systems and the clients they serve. This degree of experience and clinical knowledge base is unmatched in the medical staffing software marketplace and is largely responsible for our success.
StafferLink’s primary focus has always been and remains in the medical staffing software market place. Our foundation began with staffing agency software named StaffMED™ which has installations in over 35 states and over 2000 users nationwide. The company began expansion into healthcare facility staffing solutions in 2003 on the forefront of vendor management strategies. This product began are quest into web-based solutions which has now been expanded into our StafferLinkASM product.
Since their inception, our products have evolved to meet the demands of a constantly changing environment while keeping our clients compliant, competitive, and successful. Our products are scaled to meet the demands of a broad market place and installed in nationwide organizations, hospital facilities, and smaller local companies. Time and again we have demonstrated our understanding of the complexities of healthcare staffing and have progressively developed software systems to meet the needs of an ever changing marketplace.
