We selected SynerTrade for their responsive and committed team that has the competence to support us in our large scale project, as well for their international presence and their adequate responses to the needs we identified in the various processes in this project.

SynerTrade helps us to define all our strategies (one to three years) on cost control, quality and delivery, and to develop a vision (three to five years) on partnerships with our main suppliers. SynerTrade solution is a major competitiveness factor : in a population of 400 buyers, time won by week with this tool is equivalent to recruit 10 more buyers.

Airwell´s managing director called on SynerTrades Consults in order to optimize our purchasing department and cost structure, concentrating mostly on indirect spends (long term car lease, energy, insurance contracts and transportation). The distribution of these purchases over several European countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain) made the project challenging and promising.The initial roadmap was clearly oriented on fast implemented savings already within the next quarter. Beside the achieved cost reduction effects, the project contributed to the devotion of our employees energy on this strategic topic.
