About Texas Conceal and Carry

TX Conceal and Carry is a certified agency under Texas GC 411.188 and GC 411.190 to administer the LTC Online Course to residents of the State of Texas as the state has approved an online license to carry class in Texas for eligible applicants. It is commenced and administered by Sergio Arellano. Being a retired federal law enforcement officer, he offers lessons to residents regarding the firearms training facility, gun range safety, laws of carrying and holstering, and more. The course and successful passing grade on the examination, you will print the Class Completion Form (LTC 101).
