The Information Company Pvt. Ltd (TIC), incorporated in March 1999, serves business information and information technology needs in the Internet age. The company has three divisions – software, corporate communication solutions, and media & content. Since 1998, TIC has invested in researching business software applications and developing its own software products in the areas of content management, information and knowledge management, marketing and sales, HR, and procurement. The company has developed best-of-breed products in some of these areas. Media & content division was the first of TICs operations to take off, with the launch of online business news magazine. This division also syndicates content to clients, including print publications.
