TRowe.net was founded in 1998 to help businesses and individuals use computers to their fullest potential and advantage. Our president Tom Rowe started TRowe.net with the idea that customer service should always come first. He began as a one man shop doing break/fix work for home users and local businesses. With a reputation for excellent customer service, Tom built a business based on steady and sustainable growth. In 2004 TRowe.net transitioned from a break/fix business model into a true Managed Service Provider. This new model allowed us to partner with our clients to service all of their IT needs pro-actively, on a fixed cost basis, and with a common goal – smooth and efficient IT operations that increase business productivity. We provide the resources to help our clients better succeed in business, and in their daily activities.
