This is on top of the UCaaS (Unified communications as a service) and CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) offerings they had already built a reliable name around the Philippines.
UCAAS Inc has recently established an office in Brunei Darussalam. Trading under the name Awan (In the Malay / Indonesian languages Awan translates to cloud) the company is providing opportunities for clients to capitalize on the growing, English speaking workforce.
