UNITED DATA SERVICES, erstwhile partnership FIRM, started in 2003, has been exclusively handling Projects from Government Organizations only. The same has been converted into a PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY as per Chapter IX of the Companies Act-1956 since 10th March-2010, thus allowing the Company to enjoy the status co position of the erstwhile Firm (of its technical and financial status since its inception in 2003) with Registered Office at Chennai and Corporate Office at Coimbatore. The Registered Office has been transferred to Coimbatore vide Order No.SRN No.A.85556280/21.2.2010. The Company has been pioneered by Mr.L.Ravikrishnan, Managing Director of the Company, a retired Bank Officer (on VRS) and showing remarkable performance by creating employment opportunities for many persons. The other Directors, Mrs.Jayanthi Ravikrishnan, also a retired bank official, taking care of the Finance portfolio along with another Director Dr.Mahitha Nandham. The Company has been executing assignments exclusively from Government Organizations from District Collectorates of Tamilnadu and ELCOT-CHENNAI through Tenders since 2003 in the field of data entry operations, scanning, laser printing, Biometric solutions, Election Photo Identification Cards., etc. It avails the rich experience of successfully completing many such Projects , by virtue of G.O.Ms.No.354 dated 15.03.2008 and continuing the services under the new G.O. (Ms.) No.335dated 09.04.2012 Public (Elections) Department, Tamilnadu and a Vendor for 6 Districts for three years, valid up to 2015. The Company has so far printed more than 10crore pages of Electoral Photo Rolls of Tamilnadu Government and supplied to various Districts, which included more than 10.00 lak Data Entry and 11.25 lak Electoral Photo Identity Cards (EPICs).
