The agreement provides a powerful combination of outsourcing and IT skills and experience that is unique in the UK. Vertex India is an end-to-end multi process, business process organization, offering its service across diverse verticals. It provides a unique offshore-onshore mix in customer service, back office operations, front office operations, collections, etc. Vertex has its operations currently in Gurgaon. Its 7-50 seater state-of-the-art facility is equipped with resilient technology and connected to the UK operations via a secure virtual private network. The Gurgaon facility employs 900 people who serve a diverse clientele, including leading players across various verticals such as utilities, telecom, travel, public sector and finance. Vertex services both UK and US based clients. With expertise in payment processing, debt management, billing, customer service and change management, Vertex completes the gamut of operations for clients to quality as a full cycle BPO services provider. These include voice-based and non-voice activities as well as e-services. Under the aegis of Dan Sandhu, CEO, Vertex India has developed itself as a people oriented organization. It believes in maintaining a strong, yet open work culture . Vertex India has the distinction of maintaining less than 20 per cent attrition rates. Its three-stage, performance-based training programs are applicable to agents, team leaders and managers and all are internally designed, with particular emphasis on practical, on-the-floor exposure.
