XS CAD India (Pvt) Limited is an ISO9001:2008 certified CAD Outsourcing Specialist based in Mumbai, India and a full member of Nasscom. We are also members of the Autodesk Developer Network.
We provide computer aided design (CAD) services to AEC organisations such as architects, building services contractors, engineering consultants, retailers, homebuilders and architects in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe. Our services encompass Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) solutions as well as Revit BIM Modeling and Revit Family Modeling solutions to builders, engineers, retailers, homebuilders and architects.
We have offices in India, UK, Canada and US and we currently work with some of the largest engineering companies, homebuilders, architects and retailers in the world.
Our technical staff includes engineers, spatial coordinators, CAD technicians, architects and interior designers.
We can work in a range of formats including fixed prices projects or as a permanent and dedicated back office team.
Our principal areas of activity are MEP Design Support and Documentation, Architectural Design Support, Retail Design and Documentation Support and Residential Design and Documentation Support. We currently provide Drafting, Modeling, BIM Models, 3D Images and related design services for the MEP, Architectural Retail and Residential sectors that we support.
We use the latest software to perform our services including Revit MEP, Revit Architecture and Revit Structure. We also use Navisworks, AutoCAD, CADMEP, 3DS Max and Autodesk VIZ.
Our processes and facilities are designed in a way to work with overseas customers. We currently use a range of online collaboration, online file sharing and screen sharing technology to deliver our services and to share our work with customers around the globe.
