A luxury home in the city of Bengaluru, away from the hustle and bustle of the city is nestled in Yelahanka. Built on a 45ft by 60 ft east-facing plot This home was designed keeping in mind two Millennial children who were pursuing engineering and Medicine. Having an aspirational lifestyle, they wanted a contemporary and luxurious home with all adequate amenities. House consists of G + 2 structure, whereas the ground floor was dedicated to parking and a guest bedroom. House was designed keeping Vaastu in mind. The actual house starts from the first floor where all common spaces are placed. The living room has double-height space to give grandness. The dining room is flanked by wood MD metal stairs on one side and the other with an internal courtyard with a vertical garden and a stone sculpture art. A couple of bedrooms are placed on the level above for their son and daughter. The ad top floor is for entertainment spaces like of terrace covered and sit out with a Bar and Home theater. These spaces are well-designed.
